Shipping
- Customized Items (non-bulk orders) - Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and all bank observed holidays) for items to ship after design is confirmed.
- Customized items (bulk orders (8 or more items) - Please allow 3-4 weeks for items to ship unless communicated otherwise.
- Tumblers/mugs/cups/glasses - Please allow 2-3 weeks for items to ship
- Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns (including delays, theft, and mis-deliveries) regarding the shipment must be handled through USPS (United States Postal Service).
General Policy
We encourage you to contact us via messenger by clicking on the blue logo on the bottom right of your screen or email us if you have any questions and to submit designs/information for custom items.
- Customized T-Shirts - DO NOT place your order until we have approved your design request.
- If we have to design something for you, this could take up to 10 business days depending on current order volume and complexity.
- No refunds but we will work with you to make things right (if possible).
- No cancellations on orders already placed.
- Please take your time ordering and entering your shipping information. We cannot guarantee we will catch shipping address mistakes in time. If you have entered an incorrect address, please message us IMMEDIATELY.
- Discount codes cannot be combined on orders
- Orders cannot be combined.
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more means your order has to be at least $100 before tax and after discounts have been applied.
Digital Files
We do not offer refunds on digital files. Please let us know if there is an issue and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
